Absolutely not to both! The "Holy" aspect is in relation to what I call "Source". The ever present energy source of everything that is. It lives within us all, and is what makes us Divine. It is Holy in whatever aspect you want it to be. And it does not hurt, though it has been known to send a lovely warm sensation into you!

Whatever you like! Please wear comfortable clothes that you can comfortably lay down in. Whatever the weather, I'll make sure the Healing Room is the right temperature for you

I do ask that you wear appropriate clothing and ask that tops and bottoms for all genders remain on at all times

Absolutely not. Your comfort, peace and experience will be the utmost priority whilst in your session. I will always ask permission before we begin, and if this is not something you're comfortable with, then we don't do it, simple. Reiki energy will still flow through my hands into your Aura and still be just as effective

All great journeys start with the first step, and here you are! If you're reading this you've already taken the first step into wanting a deeper understanding of Yourself. Give yourself props for that! If you're nervous, please don't worry. I'm happy to chat beforehand, explain everything I do in great detail and answer any questions you may have. 

I will provide my services to every single person who feels they need them but due to limitations where I work (up a flight of stairs) it is not wheelchair accessible. Reiki Healing can be done from a seated position. If you feel you have a personal circumstance I may need to be aware of please Contact me and I'd be happy to go over options with you, we'll figure it out together

Whilst Reiki can be performed on any age, please be advised I currently only offer my services to adults aged 18 and above

Distance Healing is a fantastic option for those who are unable to travel, simply don't have the time or are even in a different country! It works in a very similar way in which an in-person Healing would. I would require your name (and a photo would be beneficial but not required!) and we would communicate via WhatsApp. We will agree on a set date and time (or via the bookings page). I will message you 5 minutes before the Healing will take place to let you know to get comfy, relax, switch on some soothing music and get ready for your Healing. Afterwards, we can have a phone call or message, whichever you prefer, so I can check in on you and give any feedback or just let me know what you felt!
